Influenced by painters like Ernst-Ludwig Kirchner, Max Beckmann and George Grosz, Schneuer found his own form of expression. With aloof irony and a strong sense of the artistic compositions and color schemes he presented to society and represents the lifestyle of the twenties and the early thirties of the 20th century.
